Ptit Chouia en + is a Moroccan restaurant located rue de la Pacification in Brussels.
Youssef Ramdani, the smiling master of the place, indeed knew how to marry couscous and other Maghrebi specialties with what he calls the kitchen of the world, our cooking in fact (steak, quail ...). But beyond that, what gives this little chouia and more at home is the finesse of flavors and fragrances that turns this restaurant into a palace of the senses.
The lamb tajine with vegetables, just spicy and where each bite melts on the tongue, is incomparable while mixed fish fry (fresh) will delight fans. Wine department, French nectars alongside Moroccans. And if we add the possibility of a lunch menu, it would be a shame to miss this little culinary addition.
